Keto Friendly Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs

Since my transformation back in December, I must say I am super proud of how far I have come. I reached my goal weight by simply following a 1200 calorie diet and a lot of exercise. As my body got used to the same routine I took somewhat of a break and figured I should enjoy whats left of my summer and I have

gained a few pounds but hey thats the beauty of this lifestyle there is no destination. Its a constant change and I truly love it! Well now that my birthday is coming up in October I am ready to transform my body yet again and this time I’m doing it the low carb way. Ive tried many times these past couple of weeks to get it right but today I can say my mindset is where it needs to be to stick to this plan to see the change I want to see. As my sweet tooth attack happened I had to search for a craving killer. So a good friend of mine shared a recipe with me to try. Let me just say I am sooooooo thankful she did! I did make some modifications and I’m going to share the recipe I followed with the ingredients I used. I hope you can use this as a guide to keep you on track as well!

RECIPE:

1/2 Cup of Organic Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
(I used 1/2 cup of powdered peanut butter )
(Less than 5 grams of sugar is important)
2 to 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of Splenda or Stevia 
(or sweeten to taste)
A dash of Vanilla extract (Optional)

1. In a large pan heat and melt your coconut oil and peanut butter.
2. Stir in your cocoa powder and splenda.
3. Once removed from the heat you may add your vanilla extract. 
4. Pour into silicone candy molds or even small cupcake holders.
Each mold or holder should hold one tablespoon of the mix.
Place in the freezer and until you have chocolate candy looking deliciousness.

You can eat one fat bomb when that sweet tooth craving starts or if you want to curb your appetite.

80 calories
 1.5 grams of Protein 
1.8 Carbs 
9 grams of Fat

Also you should keep them zip locked air tight and in the fridge or freezer as they will melt being at room temperature.

BabyCakes Cake Pop Maker Review

Hello hello! Ever since I tasted cake pops I have to say I fell in love with the idea of these mini cakes! They are so convenient to eat! I looked up ways to make them out of curiosity because id love to have them at my baby shower! There are two ways to make them and today I’m going to review the simple way which is using The Original Baby Cakes cake pop maker machine.


When I purchased the Babycakes Cake Pops Maker I was not sure if my money was being spent well but I figured why not try it and if worse comes to worse I can return it. Well to begin with I was surprised at the size of the box! It was so compact. It was smaller than I had expected which was a plus because I didn’t want to lug around a big machine. In the box came the instruction manual and a tool used to take the cake pops out because the machine gets VERY VERY hot!

I was kind of disappointed that I had to buy everything to make the Cake Pops Separate because I thought it was a kit. So I bought a box of Babycakes Lemon Cake Pop Mix, bottle squeezers,Wilton Candy Melt , Wilton Lollipop Sticks, and plastic wrappers to wrap the cake pops. All in all it was a great investment and my cake pops came out tasting delicious. The machine makes 12 cake pops in about 5 minutes!  I was careful to not fill the circles to the top because they would over flow. I definitely recommend people who like to make sweets quick to buy this machine it was a great investment!
