This week I have lost 3.8 pounds and it feels amazing. I have so much energy and actually want to work out. Its amazing what eating clean does to your body. I have been keeping track of everything I eat on an app on my phone called Lose It. I really like this app because it allows you to scan the bar codes of the food you eat and its very user friendly you can even add your friends who have the same goals of eating healthy as motivation! I am going to take my measurements today to keep track of I have been so busy that I haven’t done that but its VERY important to keep up with your measurements.
